  what do you think xxjw's tend to become politically in the usa?

  the phrase from the frying pan into the fire seems appropriate.

  i'm not an anarchist...but i refuse to trade religious masters for political ones... but some enjoy exercises in futility...just look at the die hard dubbies.. it seems that the borg mentality tends to produce more dem's (or they just talk louder?

  Libertarian candidates score higher on NRA gun rights surveys then any other candidates but the NRA support Republicans instead. That is wrong.

  I think that the Libertarian Party is the only US political party that champions individuality and freedom to live your life and use your property as you see fit.

  It is not as visible as I hoped, but the button on my shirt says, "Vote Libertarian"

  Do you look better or worse

  the other day i was looking at some old photos of my wife as a young witless teen.

  several of the pictures were taking at assemblies and gatherings/weddings.. what amazed me is that she looks better today than she did as a witless teen or early twenties.

  i don't mean just the expression on her face, but also the way she was dressed.

  this is tathra wharf looking back over tathra township.

  my 40 acres is in the hills to the right.. 130 years old and possibly the only one remaining on the entire australian coast.

  well i have just finsihed listening to the president in his state of the union speech.

  i have suggested in other threads that the us should go isolationist.

  george w. bush says this is an absolute no-no.

  George Washington set the policy of friendship with other nations but no "entangling alliances." The US should trade freely with all countries, but other nations disputes should not be the concern of the United States. The only exception is when another nation threatens United States territory or citizens. In that case the United States should defend itself by all means necessary and does not need the permission of any other nation or organization.

  Woodrow Wilson was wrong to go to war to make the world safe for democracy and George W.Bush is just as wrong to impose democracy by the point of a gun.

  Isolationism is the right choice.
